Rod Cook


Rod Cook founded Cooks Electrical in 2003, building the company into a full-service electrical contracting business dedicated to rapid response and exceptional customer service.

Rod thrives on the challenge of solving any electrical issue, but he credits the success of Cooks Electrical to “Team Cooks” — a group of highly qualified, skilled, and committed professionals who share his unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.

Rod continues to guide the strategic direction of Cooks while remaining closely involved in major projects and client relationships across the business.

Jason Grimshaw


Jason has worked closely with Rod Cook for over 25 years, beginning his journey as an electrical apprentice and now leading national projects. He shares Rod's enthusiasm for the diverse working environment, whether it's building a custom-designed sky sign one day or managing a national branded fuel site in Mildura the next.

With a strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, Jason’s industry knowledge is vital to the success of Cooks Electrical. He understands that flexibility is essential due to the ever-changing project requirements and unexpected challenges that arise.

Lisa Williams


With over 25 years of experience in managing family and corporate office operations, Lisa brings a meticulous and task-driven approach to her role. She expertly supports day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions while helping business leaders enhance their efficiency and maximise their impact. Lisa joined Cooks in 2023, having previously worked with high-profile business leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families.

Outside of work, Lisa is passionate about supporting young people and has volunteered as a youth mentor with the Raise Foundation for several years.
