Hickory Group - Residential Project
Electrical installation works delivered for the Hickory Group 3-East residential development.

Working with Hickory and UB, Cooks Electrical were brought on site to fit-out a prefabricated building in urban Richmond, Melbourne.
The scope of works had to cover 7 levels of 63 boutique apartments, 4 underground car parks and one retail space.
Modules were erected in 11 working days with final internal fit-out and service connections completed just 3 months post installation.

Cooks were proud to be associated with the 3-East building project because the prefabricated, off-site construction meant there was less impact on the surrounding area and less disruption to neighbours’ daily life. Pods were simply craned into position over an 11 day period.
